Texas’ Seventh Congressional District is home to innovation and new ideas. Federal grants may be available to foster that innovation. Small businesses, technology startups, scientists, academics, and others may qualify for federal grant funding. Although our office cannot directly assist constituents in obtaining grants, we want to share the following information and encourage constituents to take advantage of these opportunities. A grant is the transfer of anything of value from the federal government to a non-federal entity to carry out a public purpose authorized by U.S. law. A federal grant can help you find job opportunities, learn new skills, mitigate against future natural disasters, and a broad scope of other projects. There are a number of grants available and they change each year. Here are some available now:
And as always, you may refer to the grants page on our website which has more details. I look forward to seeing what residents of our community can achieve!Cordially, Representative Lizzie Fletcher Serving Texas' 7th Congressional District |
