As you know, there has been a lot going on in Washington in recent weeks.  I have heard from many of you about your concerns and questions about so many different issues arising in recent weeks from actions of the new Trump administration.

Next Monday, February 24, I will host a telephone town hall to share information with you about how these matters are proceeding in the Congress.  I will be joined by my friend and colleague Assistant Democratic Leader Joe Neguse, who is the chair of the House Democratic Caucus’ new Rapid Response Task Force and Litigation Working Group.

Because so much of the response to recent executive actions is taking place in the courts, we will also be joined by Megan Uzzell, Director of Impact and External Affairs at Democracy Forward for a discussion of various legal cases and efforts underway.
