Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) today voted in support of H. Res 21, Calling Upon the Vice President to Mobilize the Cabinet to Activate the 25th Amendment to Remove the President from office. 

“Our country deserves leadership in the face of an ongoing security threat against our government.  By actively encouraging and enabling an insurrection in the U.S. Capitol, President Trump has shown he represents a grave threat to our Constitution and to our country,” said Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher.  “This action of calling upon the Vice President to mobilize the cabinet under the 25^th Amendment is necessary to meet this unprecedented moment, providing a path to prevent further harm, stabilize our government, and protect our beloved country.”
