Yesterday, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) held a webinar on tax filing season, featuring Arlene Good, Stakeholder Liaison for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  Constituents from Texas’ Seventh Congressional District had a chance to ask questions about how and where to file, new changes—including the Child Tax Credit—general updates, and more. 

“As the IRS faces its third tax return filing season with its operations, staffing, and workload impacted by the pandemic, I was glad to provide an opportunity for constituents from Texas’ Seventh Congressional District to have their tax questions answered,” said Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher.  “I am grateful for the collaboration of our IRS Stakeholder Liaison, Arlene Good, in providing critical updates and answering questions, and I look forward to continuing to work to ensure the IRS has the resources it needs to serve taxpayers here in Texas and across the country.”
