(Washington, DC) – Ahead of Valentine’s Day, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher announced that she is launching a “Valentines for Vets” initiative for Texas’ Seventh Congressional District. “I am excited to announce our Valentines for Vets program,” said Congresswoman Fletcher. “This will be a small token of appreciation from our community to the men and women who have served in our armed services, and I encourage everyone to participate.”
To participate in “Valentines for Vets,” members of the community are encouraged to drop off or mail the cards to Congresswoman Fletcher’s office before Friday, February 13, 2020. For more information, call (713) 353-8680.
