Houston, TX—Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) has launched a Winter Wishes program and invites students and teachers to spread holiday cheer by making cards for our senior neighbors this holiday season.  Once cards are submitted, the Office of Congresswoman Fletcher will deliver the cards to senior citizens throughout Texas’ Seventh Congressional District.
