Houston, TX—Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) has launched a program titled Lizzie’s Little Learners: Read to Lead and invites elementary-aged students in TX-07 to read 10 or more grade-level books with help from teachers, parents, grandparents, older siblings, or other trusted caregivers.  Little Learners who read at least 10 books will be invited with their families to attend a virtual recognition ceremony with Congresswoman Fletcher to celebrate their achievement.

Books read November 30, 2021 – January 31, 2022

How
Read! Each participant should aim to read 10 grade-level books (or more!) and, with help from teachers, parents, grandparents, older siblings, or other trusted caregivers, log their progress using the provided form. Little Learners who read at least 10 will be invited with their families to a recognition ceremony with Congresswoman Fletcher to celebrate their achievement.

All printed log sheets should be returned to Congresswoman Fletcher’s Houston Office at 5599 San Felipe Street, Suite 950, Houston, TX or emailed using the digital log sheet to the email address listed at the bottom of the log sheet.
