Yesterday, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) hosted a telephone town hall to provide an update on her work for Texas’ Seventh Congressional District since January 2022.  Constituents had a chance to ask questions and discuss issues of importance to the community. 

“It has been a busy and productive first couple of months both in Houston and in Washington, and I am so proud to represent such an incredible community, and to bring our voices to the United States Congress,” said Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher.  “I was glad to provide an update on my work since January of this year and to discuss the federal funding I’ve brought to Texas’ Seventh Congressional District, including nearly $10 million for the Meyergrove Detention Basin, the legislation I’ve introduced on energy-related matters, and more.  I am grateful to everyone who joined and am always glad to hear from our neighbors about their concerns.  I look forward to implementing our community’s input in Congress and to continuing to advocate for our community’s priorities.”
