Today, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) applauded the Biden administration on its plans to establish a FEMA COVID-19 vaccination site at NRG park:  

“We need more vaccines to protect Houstonians from COVID-19 and help bring an end to the pandemic.  The Biden administration recognizes the critical importance of this effort, and I am glad to see federal, state, and local government working together to establish a mass vaccination site at NRG Park.  We will need continued coordination to ensure the safe, efficient, and equitable distribution of vaccines.  As Congress works to pass the American Rescue Plan—implementing a national vaccination program, delivering immediate and direct relief to families, and supporting communities, businesses, and frontline essential workers—I am doing my part in Congress to ensure our community can get the resources it needs in this effort.”
