Help With a Federal Agency

As your representative, one of my top priorities is to support the residents of Texas' Seventh Congressional District who need assistance from or are experiencing difficulties with a federal agency.

If you are experiencing delays or feel you have been treated unfairly by a federal agency, my office may be able to help resolve the issue or provide the information you need.  While we cannot guarantee a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem.

To begin the process, federal law requires us to have a signed Privacy Release Form before my office can discuss your case with an agency.  Please click below on the relevant agency, read the instructions thoroughly, and complete the linked form to proceed with your inquiry.

Please note that my office cannot assist with matters that do not involve a federal agency.  If you need help with state matters, please click here to find your state legislator.  If you need help with city or local matters, you can contact your city council member or county commissioner for assistance.  If you need further assistance locating your representative, please call my office at (713) 353-8680.

For general policy concerns regarding federal agencies, you may email me here

If your request is time-sensitive, if you need assistance completing the online form, or if you have any questions, please contact my office at (713) 353-8680.
